CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
By using our website and/or purchasing a license from us “AuDym”, you, your customer or your employer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that relate to the license you purchase.
– Project: any multimedia production, show, presentation, commercial or advertising material in which the recording is used, synchronized.
– Single project: a unique production is defined as a unique project for you, your client or your employer. If you wish to use the same. If you register in a different project, you must purchase a new license.
– Recording: a musical composition, a piece of recorded music valid for an AuDym license.
2- Non-exclusive AuDym licenses
For any purchased AuDym license, AuDym grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use a single project recording worldwide (unless expressly limited to a single “territory”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchased license.
Previews of recordings are available for download on the AuDym website. These are available for testing and customer approval purposes and may not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to any unlicensed use in commercial materials, advertising, digital media or video.
4- AuDym copyright notice
If the recording is included in a type of production for which copyright is customary, you must cite AuDym in the following form: Christophe Mathieu, with the kind permission of AuDym
5- Records modification
AuDym allows basic modifications (start/stop, attenuations, equalisation…) but not mash-up and remixes.
6- Obtaining a more complete license
After your purchase, if your project develops and requires a higher license than the one already chosen, simply contact AuDym. We will send you a new license. From its cost will be deducted the cost of your current license as well as the cost of registration.
